Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add milk and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
